Return PolicyAll returns require a Return Authorization number. Please email returns@sherylevy.com for return and/or exchange requests. Please provide your name, address, order number and reason for return or exchange. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number confirmation clearly labeled on the package. Our return address will be provided in the email along with the Return Authorization number.

Placing a special order is a commitment to the item purchased. Special orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable from the time the order is placed. Special orders include engraving. Special orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Shery Levy's knowledgeable and friendly staff are happy to answer any questions about special orders and customization to existing stock items such as ring size, chain length.

Items must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with the original packaging to be eligible for refund or exchange. A $250 fee will be charged if the diamond certificate is not returned. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if item(s) is returned within 7 business days. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item(s). All returns need to be properly insured through the carrier (FedEx & UPS) and must require signature confirmation as Shery Levy is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. All returns will be processed within approximately 7 days upon receipt.

RepairsShery Levy stands behind its craftsmanship & impeccable workmanship with a 90-day warranty on products purchased from SheryLevy.com. We are more than happy to handle repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this 90-day period. Payment TermsPlease note that all prices listed are in US dollars. We accept payment with American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover. We reserve the right to require a wire transfer of funds on any purchase over $5,000.00 or any purchase that requires shipment to an address other than the billing address of the credit card. We ship only to addresses within the United States. All credit card purchases are subject to approval. Please note that we do not accept trade-ins on any direct or indirect internet purchases.

Shipping and DeliveryWe offer complimentary standard FedEx shipping on every US order.

The turnaround time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered because most of our items are made to order. All orders are shipped via FedEx and require an adult signature confirmation upon delivery. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

At Shery Levy, we have shared in the unforgettable memories of our customers, and we understand that jewelry is often given for special occasions such as an engagement, anniversary or birthday. Please note that we only ship to your credit card billing address within the United States. If you wish us to ship to another address we require a wire transfer. Contact customer service and they will assist you with this. We are only responsible for shipping your purchase, addressed to you, to the address specified by you. Your purchase is considered received by you when delivered to the address specified by you. We have no control over and bear no responsibility regarding who actually accepts the package (your purchase) at the address specified by you.
